This year our summer fundraiser and social get-together is being kindly hosted by Marcia Hutchinson. Do come along and meet Afzal Khan MP and fellow Whalley Range Labour Party members, families and supporters. Marcia will also be briefly introducing and explaining the Migrants’ Union project which she launched recently.
There will be some delicious food available included in the ticket price (but please bring your own drink). The aim of the event is to raise some campaigning funds for the branch while spending an enjoyable summer Saturday afternoon meeting fellow local Labour supporters – please come and join us. It’s open to everyone (you don’t have to be a Labour member or live in Whalley Range).
All the details of times and venue are available on the Eventbrite page where you can buy tickets for £10 each. Or for more information (including obtaining unwaged/low wage tickets at £8) please contact the branch fundraising officer Martin Rathfelder on 07968 703 740 or ma.rathfelder@ntlworld.com.
