For all Whalley Range Labour members and supporters – there will be a chance to meet up with others, get to know people and have a chat about what\’s going on, at this year’s summer garden party. It’s on Saturday 20th August from 4pm to 9pm at Rick and Alison’s house at 125 College Road (M16 0AA); if you want to continue after 9, there are some good bars at the end of the road.
We also need to raise some money for campaigning funds, so there’s an admission charge of £5 in advance or £7 on the door – to reserve your ‘early bird’ rate, get in touch with Maria or Rick. Food will be provided (though offers of help would be much appreciated), and please bring a bottle of whatever you like to drink.
